Terms and Conditions
Autosessive is the Online Trading name of CES (UK) Ltd. These are CES (UK) Ltd / Autosessive Terms and Conditions of sale to which all online purchases are subject under English law where so ever your country of residence. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes will take effect when posted on this website. By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under English law. By transacting with CES (UK) Ltd on the Autosessive website you agree to be bound by the terms of English law and are responsible for compliance with local laws where applicable.
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
1. The Contract
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between us (CES (UK) Ltd) and you, (the customer), will take place when the goods have been paid for by you and despatched by us. Any email, order confirmation or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order does not constitute legal acceptance by CES (UK) Ltd of your order.
In the event that there are any errors regarding price or description, we reserve the right to notify you as soon as possible and give you the options to proceed with this revised order at the correct price/description, or to cancel the order. In these circumstances, upon cancellation, your credit/debit card or PayPal account will be refunded in full.
2. Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via CES (UK) Ltd / Autosessive. On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered online may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time through CES (UK) Ltd branches. We are under no obligation to honour any branch price or promotion that differs from those online. Similarly, CES (UK) Ltd branches are under no obligation to honour any online price or promotion that differs from the Branch price.
Special Offers and promotions advertised in the press or other media may be excluded unless specifically advertised as available online.
All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.
All prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. where appropriate.
If an administrative error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct that price and notify you accordingly. In these circumstances, it will be deemed that a contract has not been entered into and you will not be bound to continue with your purchase. You will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed at the correct price, however, should you choose not to do so, your monies will be refunded to your credit/debit card or PayPal account in full. The repayment of such monies paid to us will be the extent of our liability to you in the event of pricing errors.

3. Ordering Goods
CES (UK) Ltd will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you, using the address you supplied when registering with our website. This email is only an acknowledgement and does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order.
All orders placed on CES (UK) Ltd are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 4 below. Also please refer to section 2 above regarding incorrect prices. No contract will exist until payment has been received and goods have been dispatched. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you.
Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English. CES (UK) Ltd will retain details of your order in our database and these details can be made available on request.
We accept payment by PayPal account or most major credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses.
We will deduct payment from your card when we dispatch your order. We will email you to advise dispatch
We regret that we are unable to accept payment by cheque, cash, purchase orders or any other form of payment other than by credit or debit card or PayPal account.
5. Validation Checks
To ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible all credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, CES (UK) Ltd will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records (e.g. Electoral Roll data, Credit Reference Services). A third party may also be instructed to complete these checks. By ordering through the Autosessive website you consent to such checks being made. We may, on occasion, need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to process and dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order. Any information given may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of the information. All information provided will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. These measures are taken as extra protection for you and ensure all transactions are handled as securely as possible.
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay. Although we will make every effort to validate your card, Autosessive accepts no liability for the fraudulent use of your card.
7. Delivery of Goods
Please inspect goods and report any shortages, damages or discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt.
The delivery charges quoted are for delivery within the UK mainland and exclude the highlands. Additional charges will apply for deliveries to the highlands, Northern Ireland, off shore Islands and deliveries outside the UK. CES (UK) will provide a quote on additional carriage charges before proceeding.
CES (UK) uses a variety of couriers and orders will often require a signature on receipt.
On occasion you may receive your order in more than one delivery or parcel. You will only be charged one delivery charge.
CES (UK) will always endeavour to meet the agreed delivery service but on occasion our delivery times may be impacted by factors that are out of our control. We will always keep you informed of any delays we are aware of. CES (UK) accepts no liability for any failure or delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control
8. After-sales Service and Guarantees
Where applicable, details of manufacturers' guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the product. After sales service and warranty/guarantee claims will initially be dealt with by CES (UK) Ltd.
9. Complaints and Queries
If you are not happy with any aspect of our online service, discover a fault with our website, or if you have any queries or comments relating to an order placed online, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help you.
10. Returning Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the returns note completed with reason(s) for return.
Items returned without a completed Returns note cannot be accepted. Your returns note is included within your original deliver documentation.
Methods of return are as follows:
- By post (if the item has been posted to you)
- Collection by CES (UK) Ltd (larger items delivered to you by courier)
Please package your item(s) securely, returning in the original outer packaging where possible. All items returned by post (unless faulty) are returned at your cost. When returning items by post, you are advised to obtain a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge.) If you post your item(s) back to us, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 3 working days from receipt of goods, providing your completed Returns note is included with the items returned.
All electrical items can only be exchanged if faulty or if returned unused with the original seal and wrapping intact. Personalised products and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Depending on the size and weight of the item you wish to return, it may be necessary for CES (UK) Ltd to collect your goods from you and we will charge you for collecting the goods if they are not faulty. We will inform you if collection is necessary when you contact us about your return.
To arrange for an item to be collected by CES (UK) Ltd, you must firstly contact CES (UK) Ltd Customer Services.
For faulty items, we will, upon receipt of the product, examine it or we may have to return it to the manufacturer for examination. We aim to dispatch a replacement product, arrange a repair or refund your money within 3 working days, providing your Returns Authorisation form is included with the items returned.
Direct Delivery items: To return Direct Delivery items (these are items delivered directly from the manufacturer and not shipped by CES (UK) Ltd), please contact CES (UK) Ltd Customer Services by email for full instructions
Faulty Special Order Products: To return a faulty Direct Delivery, Personalised or Made to Measure item, please contact us by email for full instructions.
Promotional items: When returning items that were purchased online as part of a ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ offer, 'Buy One, Get One Half Price' offer, '3 for 2' offer, or a 'Buy , Get a Free' offer, all of the items involved in the offer must be returned.
When returning goods, if no fault is found we do not refund delivery charges and may charge for collecting the goods if they are not taken into a CES (UK) Ltd Branch.
We will endeavour to process returns and refunds within 3 working days of receipt.

11. Product, Colours, Specifications, Weights & Sizes
All product shown on the site is intended for use in the United Kingdom only. CES (UK) Ltd makes no representation that product is suitable for use outside of the UK and accepts no liability and extends no warranty for such use. The purchaser accepts all liability for any product purchased from CES (UK) Ltd via Autosessive, or a CES branch, which is intended for use outside of the United Kingdom. All goods are sold subject to the manufacturer specifications, instructions or representations contained in the documentation associated with the goods. Representations of product images and colour online are as accurate as our photographic and electronic processes will allow. Please note that colour online can also be affected by the calibrations of different output devices.
All weights and sizes are supplied as a guide only and are approximate.
12. Safe Shopping Guarantee
We have used every effort to ensure that shopping on the Internet with CES (UK) Ltd is as safe as purchasing by card in a regular CES (UK) Ltd Branch. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information sent over the Internet. In processing your order, your information may have to be sent over the Internet more than once. Rest assured that you your order information sent in this way is always encrypted for security.
Although we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the complete security of any data you disclose online. You accept the inherent security risks of providing personal information and dealing online over the Internet and CES (UK) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any breach of security unless it is due to our negligence.
13. Disposal of Electrical and Electronic Equipment
The WEEE regulations (January 2007) ensure that the amount of waste on certain electrical and electronic equipment is reduced, separated from household waste, collected separately and ultimately disposed of in a sound environmental manner (recycled and recovered). If you are a trade customer, you agree that the collection, recovery/treatment and disposal of non household Electrical or Electronic Equipment purchased from us will be your responsibility. In the case of household waste, please take this waste to your nearest Designated Collection Facility (DCF) where special facilities exist for correct disposal. 14. Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
Where a person attempts to buy goods where minimum age limits apply, the contract will be deemed void where the individual is below the required age limit. Where you place an order for age-restricted goods such as solvents and knives, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that delivery will be accepted by a person over the age of 18. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we reasonably believe you are not legally entitled to order certain goods
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Our liability to you shall not in any event include losses related to any business of yours, such as loss of profits or business interruption, neither will we be responsible to you for any other loss which is not a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or our legal duties.
This does not affect your statutory rights if you are a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
If you are a trade customer and subject to the preceding paragraph, we will not be responsible to you or, in the event that you are undertaking work for another person, to any other person, for the use or installation of any goods by you. Accordingly, if you are a trade customer, you hereby agree to hold us harmless, and indemnify us against any liability associated with, any claim or allegation that we are responsible for any failings in the installation or use of goods that we supply.
