How do I place my order?

It's quite simple really!

1. Browse through the site until you find the product you wish to purchase.

2. From the product page, select the quantity you'd like to buy. You can click "Add to basket" graphic to add the item to you order.

3. Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process. This process involves 5 steps; Review Your Order, Shipping Information, Shipping Method, Billing Information, and Place Your Order. You'll then receive an order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive a final email stating so.

Is the site secure?

We take security very seriously; any personal information given to Autosessive will be protected. No third party has access to any personally identifiable information.

Is my credit card info secure?

When you complete your order on our site, you'll notice the lock icon in the address bar, and you'll also notice the http become https. The s and the lock means you're on a secure server.

How much is delivery?

Any order over £50 placed on Autosessive is delivered free of charge to UK mainland. Orders below this are charged either £4.95 or £2.95 for delivery depending on value. If you live further afield see our delivery information page for costs.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept Credit or Debit Cards for payment.

All major cards are accepted, this includes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. Credit Card gift cards are not an accepted form of payment.

Our website features an SSL secure connection during the transaction keeping your information secure and private.

Do you accept paypal?

Sorry, we do not accept PayPal at this time. We are working on adding it as a payment option soon.

How can I search for something on the site?

On the top right-hand side of Autosessive, you'll find a search bar. Enter the keyword in the field provided. If you would like to refine your search, you can sort by relevance, alphabetically, lowest to highest and highest to lowest price.

Can I place a phone or mail order?

You may place an order by calling our hotline on 0844 736 9933. We are open Monday to Friday from 8.30-18:00, and Saturday from 8:30-13:00.

Why haven’t I received my order or shipping confirmation order?

If you didn't receive an order confirmation, don't place your order again. You can call us (0844 736 9933) us to see if we can locate your order information. Be sure to provide the full name on the order and your email address.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Currently, we offer bulk discounts on selected items, these products have a number below their prices that signify the quantity needed to purchase in order to receive the discount.
